The Exquisite Gentleman Collective strives to be the collective example of the perseverance of young men of our communities. We are men from all walks of life with a plethora of experiences that have the ability to guide the minds and hearts of every young man we encounter. Through self awareness, self pride, community empowerment and the creation of a healthy perception of what success is, we wil

l develop the community leaders, pillars, fathers, brothers, neighbors that are positive, productive members of their communities.
