The mission of the Auxiliary is to support the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District Firefighters whenever possible, including the provision of meals and refreshments for firefighters and victims on emergency scenes and the organization of fund raising and social activities in the local community for the benefit and welfare of the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District Firefighters and their families. Who can join - Membership in the Auxiliary is open to all residents of Stone County, male or female, 18 years of age and older, regardless of race or religious background. Wives, other relatives, friends of Southern Stone County Fire Protection District Firefighters, and previous members of the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District who left in good standing are particularly welcome.

Our community really showed up for us today…. THANK YOU!

It was a record year at our annual Chili Cook-Off, with over 800 people!

Thank you to everyone who cooked chili, helped advertise, hosted a booth, judged, donated to our silent auction, volunteered, or came out to enjoy the day and support us. Every contribution helped make this event a success!

We are so grateful for the love and support you showed the Southern Stone County Firefighters Auxiliary and our firefighters. This is what “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” looks like!

HEY, NEIGHBORS — WE COULD USE A LITTLE MUSCLE!

Our 21st Annual SSCFPD Chili Cook-Off is almost here, and before we can serve the chili and have all the fun, we’ve got to get everything set up!

We’re looking for a few good neighbors who can spare about an hour and a little muscle to help us move items, unload, set up tables, and get everything ready for the big day.
