Self-Care Master Class (online)

Join Cain Carroll for an hour-long practice session tomorrow, Saturday, March 21 at 10 am PST.

Informed by the time-tested wisdom of yoga and qigong, this potent practice will calm the mind, soothe the nerves, relax the body, and nourish your innate resilience and radiance.

Class includes gentle movement, centering meditation, self-massage, and a short talk on how to optimize your self-care practice in the era of COVID-19 and beyond.

Students of all levels of experience are welcome.

This class is offered on a donation basis.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Please register by 9 am on the morning of the class.

The class Zoom link will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of the class start time.
