The Lemonaide Stand is a pop-up retail location for aspiring business owners to showcase their products or services how they have always envisioned but could never afford to bring their idea into fruition. When not occupied the stand will function as a true lemonade stand and co-working space where the funds will aid in building each business owners dream location. What We Offer

ide Stand will be a place with limitless possibilities; where deferred dreams will come to life. Every 12 months aspiring artists and business owners can open their first business for FREE. When The Lemonaide Stand is not occupied by a business it will serve as a free co-working space sustained by the selling of Lemonade. How You Can Help
I've been trying to change the world on my own but have realized it’s kind of hard to do it all by myself. If you love helping others as much as I do and believe that it can change the world for the better, making it a much better place – or if you just love a good story of paying it forward - please support The Lemonaide Stand anyway you can. Your support of The Lemonaide Stand will be applied in 3 phases:
• PHASE 1 :: Venue - Rental Costs for 1 year where we will be a staple in the community, Construction of each entrepreneurs dream business, Purchase of Juicers
• PHASE 2 :: Permits, Licenses and Certificates - Certificate of Occupancy, Cabaret/Live Performance License, Wine and Beer License, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Food Service Establishment Permit
• PHASE 3 :: Activation - Program development and promotion, entrepreneur recruitment and setup
• PHASE 3 :: Employment - Hiring of individuals who have been affected by unemployment in the local area
