Bay Area Youth Harp Ensemble Bay Area Youth Harp Ensemble (BAYHE) is a group of Bay Area harpists who play a wide variety of world music on folk-style harps.

Bay Area Youth Harp Ensemble (BAYHE) is a group of Bay Area harpists who play traditional, classical, and contemporary music written and arranged for folk-style harps. Directed by well-known Bay Area harpist Diana Stork, BAYHE has undergone a few incarnations since their debut performance at the Palace of Fine Arts in November 1999—each one bringing out a special sensitivity to the harp and a rich

musicality. BAYHE has performed at the Dorothy Spreckels Performing Arts Center, San Francisco City Hall, Koret Auditorium, SF Main Library, St. Mary’s Cathedral; and as featured artists for the Dickens Faire, Alzheimer's Walk on Treasure Island and other fairs and festivals. In 2005 BAYHE recorded a CD entitled, “Music from Around the World” which featured performances of music from over 12 different countries including Afghanistan, Turkey, Venezuela, Greece, India, to name a few. The present group of harpists is working on a new CD called “Innisheer” which features traditional Celtic music along with a number of original Celtic-inspired compositions and “California”-inspired arrangements of traditional tunes. It also includes performances by a number of BAYHE alumnae. Look for it on CD Baby Fall 2014.

To all our wonderful GoFundMe Donors...Thanks to all of you we reached our goal! I personally, have looked thru each donation and in my heart - thanked each and everyone of you. Thank-you so much for your support!!

We had some issues with GoFundMe - but finally, just in the last few days, we received your donations.

Very happily, with these funds, the Multicultural Music Fellowship will start a new year with a new director (Alexis Lyon) and new members to the Board with good ways to fund our ongoing activities as well as new ones

Please visit our website:multiculturalmusicfellowship.org to learn of MCMF’[s up and coming activities anytime - but probably in late February or early March when Alexis will be taking the reins.

With lots of love and heartfelt wishes for a World in Harmony!

I feel it's time to focus exclusively on positive visualizations, thoughts and outcomes for Kamala's election to be our next President. Election is in 6 days and we've all made postcards, made calls, given money, voted...maybe now following Norman Vincent Peale's bestselling book and very good advice - "The Power of Positive Thinking"...let's create a wave of positive thoughts for this positive outcome. This chant came to me yesterday with that in heart and soul and mind..

Blue Waves...sweeping across our nation...
Blue Waves...washing our country clean...
Blue Skies...sparkling above our Nation....
Blue Waves...washing our country clean!
