A huge thank you to everyone who joined the MND Association Colchester & North East Essex Group for our Awareness Breakfast at Craft Nurseries last Saturday.

We were thrilled to see around 50 of you come together to share a meal, swap stories, and strengthen our community.

Because of your incredible generosity, we raised over £400 on the day! Every penny stays right here to support our local group and those living with MND in our area. 💙

A special shout-out to Hayley and the wonderful team at the Craft Nurseries cafe—your warm hospitality and delicious food made the event truly special.
