Greeting's All! Hope you all had a great weekend!
I've been rather busy behind the scenes and thought id give you all updates,
First off, The collective majority of the group have voted to do our drop in's every 2nd Week. So that is how its planned. Our next drop in will be the 19th!
After discussions with current "leadership" we have planned our AGM for our next session, September the 19th. This will be a quick 15-20 min thing where we vote on leadership and deal with some other small house keeping rules. What is an AGM I hear some of you ask? It is an Annual General Meeting for you to get to know our constitution. Bring up grievances and have your say. Were Just required to give you at least 48 hours' notice.
As of right now, I have half of the safeguarding policy completed. So I should hopefully have that done before the AGM so I can bring it with me.
BOWLING / PIZZA TRIP
So, most the members were eager to get a bowling and pizza trip on the go.. We have set a date for 26th of September.
