Around The Campfire

Around the Campfire is a program run by parents of those with special needs in partnership with the city of Ottawa. The Summer session is 4 weeks.

A program open to ALL children with Special Needs. It focuses on helping children socialize through music, rhymes and stories. Children will sing, chant, move, dance, listen, share and play simple instruments and games. The focus is on helping children with special needs build and maintain friendships. The program runs weekly from 6:00‐7:30pm in 2 different locations (Central, and Kanata). There

are 4 sessions: Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Each session with the exception of the Summer session is 8 weeks.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
We are starting back up next week. Kanata is back on the 13th of January. Programme runs from 6:00-7:30 pm. We will be returning to the room at the top of the stairs. Hintonburg returns on the 15th of January.
Stella Greenall will coordinate both sites. Please share this email with your contacts.
