✏️F-M PTO will provide school supplies, at cost, for PreK-6th grade students.
🗒NOTE: PreK supplies will NOT include an extra set of clothing, backpack, bicycle helmet or towel and Kindergarten supplies will NOT include an extra set of clothing or towel.
✂️If you would like to have PTO purchase school supplies for your child(ren), please send email to [email protected] by Friday, August 5th.✂️
Please provide email, phone number, name and grade of child(ren).
📓School supplies can be paid via PayPal ([email protected]) or by cash/check made payable to F-M PTO (no change available if paying with cash).
If paid in advance using PayPal, school supplies will be delivered to the child's classroom in advance of Open House.
Otherwise, school supplies will be available for pickup from the Elementary office during Open House.
