Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - CHMSU Chapter JPIA is a special and highly esteemed organization of the Philippines which is created only and exclusively for the students of BSA course.

The JPIA represents the world for the young accountants in the Philippines. JPIA is an organization established to develop its member as responsible, well rounded individuals. It is likewise instituted to promote, to organize, and to coordinate activities for the welfare of the students and to nurture them not just a good student in their respective campuses but to their community as well. JPIA aims for solidarity and harmony among its members. It also aims to involve the members in all its activities by ensuring their active participation from the planning to the implementation stage.

The leadership training, led by ๐˜ผ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ฏ๐™ค ๐˜ผ๐™ช๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ž๐™– ๐™…๐™ง., centered on a simple yet powerful reminder: leadership begins with us. Before we can guide others, we must first understand our own purpose, define what we want to achieve, and set clear goals that give direction to our actions.

The session encouraged every officer to look beyond the title they carry and recognize the responsibility that comes with itโ€”to lead with intention, work with purpose, and turn goals into meaningful action.

As the officers came together for their first face-to-face General Assembly, ideas were shared, connections were strengthened, and a shared direction began to take shape.

At 2:00 PM, ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜† ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ with the opening led by ๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ง ๐™‚๐™š๐™ค๐™›๐™›๐™ง๐™š๐™ฎ ๐˜ผ. ๐™๐™ž๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™–, ๐˜พ๐™‹๐˜ผ, ๐™ˆ๐˜ฝ๐˜ผ, JPIA Adviser, setting the stage for an afternoon of leadership, recognition, and purpose.
