Thank you to Aaron Askelson and the Benton County Conservation Nature Center for making our last members’ night possible! Aaron presented an overview of traditional charcoal making and guided participants in creating nature-inspired charcoal artwork. Everyone had a great time!

🎨 Be Part of Vinton’s Biggest Community Art Project of 2026!

Join fellow community members, artists, families, and friends as we bring the 2026 Community Mural to life — a vibrant new public artwork celebrating the history and spirit of Riverside Park!

This year’s mural, “Riverside Park, Past and Present,” will transform four large panels into a colorful journey through time. The left half of the mural imagines Warner Park as it may have appeared in 1911, while the right half captures the energy and fun of Riverside Park today.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush before, you are invited to help create something meaningful for the entire community to enjoy for years to come. All supplies, instruction, and guidance will be provided — just bring your enthusiasm and community spirit!

✨ Ages 14+

Painting Dates:
