RCMP in are issuing the following warning in the interest of public safety.
Dwain Law (63), convicted s*x offender, has recently relocated to Fort Saskatchewan. He has additional previous convictions for s*xual assault, assault, arson, and property offences. All of his criminal convictions are from .
Law is described as 180 cm (5’11”) tall, weighing 107 kg (236 lbs), with a bald head and blue eyes. He is being monitored while in the community and is subject to numerous conditions including not to attend places where children are likely to congregate unless accompanied by an approved adult, not to be in the presence of female children under the age of 18 unless accompanied by another adult, report relationships with females, and not to consume alcohol or drugs.
The intent of this process is to enable members of the public to take suitable precautionary measures and not to embark on any form of vigilante action. Anyone believing that a crime has been or is about to be committed is encouraged to call police.
