Sodews The Society for the Development of Economically Weaker Section

The Society for the Development of Economically Weaker Section (SODEWS), established in 2004 seeks to instill a love of learning in children and improve the quality of education in rural Tamil Nadu. SODEWS started informally in 1999 when its founding members grew frustrated at the disparity between rural and urban education. The organization currently has over 50 volunteers and trains children, teachers and adults under various programs
