⭐️NEW UPDATE TO POINT SCORE COMPETITION ⭐️

After review at our recent AGM, and input from members via a club survey, the Whippet and Greyhound club of SA high point competition will no longer be restricted to specific shows. All shows held within SA will now count toward points.

Each member who wishes to take part will now have until the first Friday of November 2026 to advise the club of their results. Upon completion of the pointscore year, committee members will check results and tally points. Only those members who have submitted their results will be eligible to take part in the pointscore competition.

The pointscore competition will run from 1/11/25 until 31/10/26.

GAP SA have just released the below information regarding the recent changes to mandatory muzzle legislation for pet greyhounds.

Section 45C of the Dog and Cat management Act relates, for those interested in the updated legislative change.
