This Mental health awareness week we thank God for working in our lives in times of difficulty. When we feel we are struggling, let's turn to Him who is our Stronghold (Psalms 27) and our Shepherd (Psalms 23).

Isaiah 41:10 tells us of the comfort and support God provides. We are offered peace and strength through Him as we navigate challenging times of our lives, especially during the pressures of school exams many of us are facing.

When we feel anxious or lonely, let us turn to God who has been there since the beginning and always will be there until the very end. We are all worthy, strong and not alone. So pray to God even when it feels impossible to believe, let us never carry the hard times alone.

Don't just tell God how big your problems are, tell your problems how big your God is!

1 Peter 5:7 - “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you”

You are loved beyond measure and protected with care. In Him, find your safe haven.
