My name is Carlos, I started running at age 56. Before that I had never done any type of exercise; I was slim but not fit. Now I run over 100 km per month and competed in several races from 5 km to half marathons. It was life changing for me, so I hope to be able to help others begin this journey by providing guidance and information to run safely and stay engaged...
