Looking to join the but are unsure of what you should bring out?

THE COLD PLUNGE PACKING LIST:
🌊 Warm baggy clothes
🌊 A towel or two!
🌊 Water shoes, for the plunge
🌊 Warm clothes to change into afterwards - don’t forget warm socks!!
🌊 Boots, to walk out to the beach in
🌊 Travel mug, with your favourite hot beverage
🌊 Hat and Mittens!

By the looks of Mitchell’s Bay we will not be plunging anytime soon! It’s officially ice fishing season on Lake St Clair!

Wondering where to meet for the Erieau cold plunge? Follow the main road of Erieau to the stop sign in front of ‘s, turn right and follow the road to the tennis courts!

Join us this January every Saturday for a jump in the lake at 9:00am!

Come out and enjoy beautiful Lake Erie. Afterwards we will warm up and recentre with 10 minutes of breath work along the shoreline.
