Stephens City Lions Club Lions clubs are places where individuals join together to give their valuable time and effort to improving their communities.

Stephens City Lions Club supports Stephens City Community by focusing on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired; global health programs to control and prevent diabetes and diabetic retinopathy, the leading cause of vision loss in adults; by arranging screenings for the deaf and hearing aid recycling programs for children and adults; and by supporting other charitable organizations in the community. At the Clarke County Glasses recycling event today, 10 participants were engaged in cleaning and sorting glasses, and were joined by two Lions from New York who provided support.

The Stephens City Lions club hosted a special meeting tonight, welcoming five members of the Wi******er Host Lions club. Our guest speaker, PCC Phil Schrack, and his wife, PDG Sharon, provided an update on the Northern Virginia Lions Youth Camp. For more information about the camp, please visit http://nvlyc.org/. We presented PCC Phil with a donation to the camp and a children's book, which will be given to the Stephens City Methodist Daycare in recognition of his efforts.

Stephen’s City Lions Club Benefit Pancake Breakfast
100% of the proceeds will go to the nonprofit Sleep in Heavenly Peace. They make beds for children 3-18 who don’t have a bed to sleep in at night.

We wanted to thank everyone who came to our Pancake Breakfast and made it such a success. We also would like to thank the Boy Scouts for coming and helping us. Save the date for our next Pancake Breakfast April 18. All the proceeds for this breakfast will go to the nonprofit sleep in heavenly peace and organization that makes beds for children 3 to 18 without beds.
