The EIT Digital Alumni Foundation is the global community of Europe's tech innovators. The Alumni Foundation is the community of graduates from EIT Digital.

Its mission is to keep strong connections among fellow Alumni and the EIT Digital ecosystem by creating a vibrant, active and successful EIT Digital Alumni network. The foundation organizes meet-ups, maintains an active community and discussion forum, keeps track of Alumni careers and supports students and alumni to get in contact with companies, public institutions and academia. The Alumni Founda

tion also aims at providing guidance and mentoring for students and alumni. We are part of the broader EIT Alumni community which unites the graduates from all EIT-labelled programs. Our mutual aim is to tackle world challenges and create positive impact through Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Why we ❤️ Co-Living

For the past years, our two-week co-living experiences have brought together amazing people in beautiful locations 🌍✨

It’s more than just working side by side, it’s about connecting, collaborating, and inspiring each other. From sharing ideas and building projects to creating memories that last long after the experience ends.

We’re looking back at an inspiring week in China with the EIT Digital Alumni community ✨

We spent time between Shanghai and Nanjing, where we visited leading companies in robotics, AI 🤖, and smart manufacturing 🏭, getting a closer look at how China’s innovation ecosystem is evolving at scale 🚀

We also had the chance to exchange with universities 🎓, founders 👩‍💻👨‍💻, and innovation hubs, engaging in meaningful discussions around tech innovation, AI, and future collaboration between Europe and China 🤝

Along the way, we experienced cultural moments 🌏, local insights, and shared a lot of great time together as a community, both learning and exploring beyond the tech side 🌿✨

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗘𝗜𝗧 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴

We are looking for an ambitious student volunteer to do their master thesis project with us in spring 2026. We offer a position with a topic on AI for community building and engagement. In this project you get a unique opportunity to build and test innovative solutions for our international EIT Digital Alumni community of ~4000 alumni all around Europe and the world. Research and build something with real use cases and a real impact!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀
You’ll work independently on your research and technical solution for your master thesis project on a topic on AI for our community while:
💻 receiving supervision from me (Technology Officer at EIT Digital Alumni Foundation),
🏆 getting access to a prestigious group of mentors as part of an exclusive mentorship program (stay tuned for more info!),
💡 learn how the Alumni board operates by being invited to some of our board meetings,
✈️ 📈 and benefiting from early information on our events and direct points of contact to our international network for future full-time work opportunities in the world’s top IT companies and most interesting start-ups.
