The Hawley Jaycees is a Jr Chamber committed to the support and future of local communities and organizations.

Comprised of roughly 20 individuals, we meet monthly to discuss donations and support opportunities and also host 6 volunteer events each year Each year, we host or support at least 6 events: a community sandbox fill, an inflatables/family gathering plus the beer garden during Rodeo Week, serving root beer at Night to Unite, and our fall stag. Using funds generated by these events and volunteer ho

urs from our members, we give back to our community during our monthly meetings. Examples of things we have supported are Hawley Youth football, Hawley youth wrestling, Reach, the free Fit Club Classes, the Hawley Disc Golf Cource, and Hawley summer rec. We also support many community projects and hear one-time requests throughout the year.

What a weekend Hawley! After a few sprinkles at Leisterfest, the sun came out and was a perfect Rodeo weekend especially for the bouncy houses on Saturday. We served almost 300 free hot dogs in under 2 hours!! Special thanks to Scott Jetvig for the in town lot use so we have a place to host the event.

Our May monthly meeting is THIS Thursday, May 21st at 7pm at the Hawley AmericInn.

On the agenda:
✅ Reviewing donation requests
✅ Locking in plans for rodeo week!

We are hosting the free bouncy houses, hot dogs and some treats for the kiddos again on Saturday, June 6th. Make sure to come check it out!

What a perfect day for our annual sandbox fill! Special thanks to Swanston Equipment, Amrize & RDO Equipment Co. for equipment and sand donations that help make this day possible. Was awesome to see all the smiles on kids ready to roll around in the fresh sand!!
