Learning Local, Leading Global! 💧
The Exchange Learning Visit we hosted at Alero B Centre Bore Hole was a huge success! We paired our (Alero B Centre I) with a (Padyeri) for intensive peer mentorship.
The result? Immediate behavior change! The Padyeri group left with sharpened skills in leadership, record-keeping, and water point maintenance, along with a renewed action plan and high motivation.
