Tana's Bananas Muscle Team

17/09/2026

It's Muscle Walk weekend in good ol' Minnie. The Bananas have been on a break the past few years. Looking back, though, we've sure had some great fun, raised some big funds, and made some pretty cool merch along the way. Who knows, maybe we'll jump back in again next year.

Yellow there!

Every year Muscle Walk rolls around, I think, "Tana's Bananas probably won't make goal this year, but that's okay." And every year you all prove me wrong.

Your gifts help MDA lead the way in accelerating research, advancing care, and advocating for the support of families affected by MD. That's a big deal. Thank you so much.

Your kindness, in word and deed, fills and fuels me every day.

Love and blessings to you.

First MDA Muscle Walk the Bananas have been able to attend since pre-pandemic. It was fun experiencing the Minnesota walk, and loved being able to see those beautiful MDA ladies again, if only briefly. Two bananas definitely doesn't make a bunch, so we were grateful to have some Cities area nanners able to come out and walk with us. Thank you again to everyone who donated this year, and pushing us past our goal. Love to each of you, always. 💛🍌💪

We did it! Thanks to all of you beautiful beings, we surpassed our $3,030 goal for Muscle Walk! Love and gratitude to each of you. It's going to be a toasty one Saturday morning, but if you're in the St. Louis Park area, you are sure welcome to come walk with Brenda and Tana at the Minnesota Muscle Walk. 💛💪🍌

The Bananas are in the Top 5 and just under $400 shy of reaching our team goal. Can we do it by next Saturday?!

Just $64 away from $2500. I guess it's the stoke of midnight tonite, so there's still time! (I was a night off on the deadline to get our name on the shirt.) Thank you so much to Tricia, Betsey, Rebecca and Terry who donated this past week! So generous. We are so grateful. 💛
