🇺🇸 AMERICA WAS BUILT ON COURAGE, SACRIFICE, AND THE UNBREAKABLE SPIRIT OF THOSE WHO SERVE! 🇺🇸

Freedom is not free. Behind the flag we proudly fly stand generations of brave men and women who answered the call of duty, sacrificed time with their families, risked their lives, and stood ready to defend the freedoms we cherish today.

NOW, IT’S OUR TURN TO STAND FOR THEM!

The VFW is more than a building. It is a brotherhood and sisterhood forged through service, a place where veterans find camaraderie, where their sacrifices are remembered, and where the spirit of patriotism continues to live on.

But keeping that mission alive takes a community willing to step forward and show its support.

🇺🇸 ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10TH, WE INVITE YOU TO BE PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF!

Come support the VFW Post 2527 Annual Fundraiser in Bastrop! Bring your family, invite your friends, and stand shoulder to shoulder with the men and women who have given so much for this great nation.

🍽️ Enjoy a delicious pork steak dinner at 6:00 PM!

🎟️ Try your luck with our exciting raffles!

🔨 Join the excitement of our LIVE AUCTION at 7:00 PM!

🎁 Get your bids in before the SILENT AUCTION closes at 7:30 PM!

Every dinner purchased, every raffle ticket bought, every bid placed, and every person who walks through our doors helps make a difference.

THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN A FUNDRAISER. IT’S ABOUT GRATITUDE. IT’S ABOUT COMMUNITY. IT’S ABOUT HONORING THOSE WHO STOOD UP FOR AMERICA.

We may not all wear a uniform, but we can all do our part to support those who did.

When our veterans need us, let us be the community that answers the call.

Let us show them that their sacrifices have not been forgotten, that their service still matters, and that the people of Bastrop stand proudly beside them.

🇺🇸 GOD BLESS OUR VETERANS. GOD BLESS OUR COMMUNITY. AND GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! 🇺🇸

❤️🤍💙 STAND PROUD. STAND UNITED. SUPPORT OUR VETERANS.

VFW POST 2527 — BASTROP, TEXAS

Today we had the privilege to visit one of our members and donated on behalf of the Knights of Columbus and the VFW post 2527 two wheelchairs for our vets in need at the nursing home in Bastrop.

It is thanks to our community that we survive and continue to provide a place for our veterans to call home as well as work with our friends and partners to assist veterans in need and their families. We like to thank the Knights of Columbus for their assistance.
