🌍🤝 مجلس الشباب العربي والأفريقي يبحث آفاق التعاون مع المركز ألافريقي لدراسات الحوكمة والسلام والتحول Acogaps

استقبل الدكتور محمود زين العابدين، المدير العام للمركز الإفريقي لدراسات الحوكمة والسلام والتحول، بمقر المركز في الخرطوم، وفد مجلس الشباب العربي والأفريقي برئاسة المهندس حذيفة الحسن، الأمين العام للمجلس، يرافقه الأستاذ حسن ختمي، مساعد الأمين العام للشؤون التنفيذية.

وأكد الجانبان خلال اللقاء أهمية تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي في مجالات تمكين الشباب، وبناء القدرات، وصقل المهارات، ودعم جهود السلام والتنمية المستدامة في الدول العربية والأفريقية.

كما اطّلع وفد المجلس على البرامج والمبادرات التي ينفذها المركز في مجالات السلم الاجتماعي، والتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والتعافي وإعادة الإعمار، ومكافحة الهجرة غير النظامية والاتجار بالبشر.

واتفق الطرفان في ختام اللقاء على العمل نحو توقيع مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالات السلم الاجتماعي، والتمكين الاقتصادي، والدبلوماسية الشعبية، والتبادل الثقافي والعلمي بين الشباب العربي والأفريقي.

يُذكر أن مجلس الشباب العربي والأفريقي منظمة دولية مستقلة تأسست عام 2004، وتضم في عضويتها 54 دولة عربية وأفريقية وتتخذ من الخرطوم مقراً لها.

🌍 The President of the Afro Arab Youth Council مجلس الشباب العربي (AAYC) Dr. Nabil Mohammed Yahyaoui, the Secretary General Eng. Huzyfa Elhassan, the East Africa Coordinator Hon. Ibrahim Kitatta, and all members of the Executive Committee extend their warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to H.E. 📢🕊️ *مجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي يدشن الدفعة الأولى من برنامج سفراء السلام* 🌍✨

دشّن مجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي (AAYC)، بالشراكة مع *WYLEF for Peace*، أعمال الدفعة الأولى من *برنامج سفراء السلام*، بمشاركة 30 شاباً وشابة تم اختيارهم من بين نحو *250 متقدماً من 17 دولة عربية وإفريقية*، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز دور الشباب في بناء السلام والتماسك المجتمعي وقيادة المبادرات المجتمعية في مناطق النزاعات والتحديات الإنسانية.

وشهدت الجلسة الافتتاحية مشاركة عدد من القيادات والخبراء في مجالات السلام والتنمية المجتمعية، يتقدمهم الأمين العام لمجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي الأستاذ *حذيفة المعتصم الحسن*، إلى جانب السيدة *فاديماتو أياوا* رئيسة مجلس الشباب الكاميروني، والخبير الدولي في بناء السلام الأستاذ *بوبا فاتي*.

وأكد المجلس أن اختيار غالبية المشاركين من الشباب السوداني يأتي استجابةً للظروف الاستثنائية التي يمر بها السودان، وإيماناً بأهمية تمكين الشباب السوداني من أدوات الحوار، وإدارة النزاعات، وبناء مبادرات مجتمعية تسهم في تعزيز السلام والاستقرار والتعايش المجتمعي.

وفي كلمته خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية، قال الأمين العام لمجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي:

> *"نؤمن في مجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي بأن الشباب ليسوا مجرد متأثرين بالنزاعات، بل هم شركاء حقيقيون في صناعة السلام وقيادة التغيير الإيجابي. ومن السودان إلى مختلف الدول العربية والإفريقية، نعمل على بناء جيل جديد يحمل قيم الحوار والتعايش والمسؤولية المجتمعية."*

وأضاف أن البرنامج يمثل منصة إقليمية لتبادل الخبرات وبناء شبكة شبابية عربية وإفريقية قادرة على دعم جهود السلام والتنمية المستدامة، خاصة في المجتمعات المتأثرة بالنزاعات.

ويهدف برنامج سفراء السلام إلى:
✔️ تعزيز ثقافة السلام والحوار
✔️ تطوير مهارات الشباب في إدارة النزاعات والوساطة
✔️ دعم المبادرات المجتمعية الشبابية
✔️ بناء شبكة فاعلة من سفراء السلام في المنطقة العربية والإفريقية

ويأتي البرنامج في إطار جهود مجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي الرامية إلى تمكين الشباب من لعب دور محوري في تحقيق السلام والاستقرار والتنمية المستدامة، وتعزيز التضامن بين الشباب العربي والإفريقي.

📢 إعلان | إنطلاق الدفعة الأولى من برنامج بناء السلام 🕊️🌍

يُعلن مجلس الشباب العربي والإفريقي عن الإنطلاق الرسمي للدفعة الأولى من برنامج بناء السلام – Peace Building Program، وذلك اليوم الجمعة 08 مايو 2026م، ضمن جهوده المستمرة لتعزيز ثقافة السلام والحوار وتمكين الشباب من المساهمة في بناء مجتمعات أكثر استقراراً وتماسكاً. ✨

ويُنظم البرنامج بالشراكة مع WYLEF for Peace، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمدربين في مجالات السلام والتنمية المجتمعية وقيادة الشباب.

👥 ويشارك في الدفعة الأولى 30 شاباً وشابة، يشكل الشباب السوداني الغالبية منهم، وذلك انطلاقاً من خصوصية المرحلة التي يمر بها السودان والحاجة الملحة إلى تعزيز قيم السلام والتعايش المجتمعي وبناء قدرات الشباب في مجالات الحوار وإدارة النزاعات والعمل المجتمعي.

كما تضم الدفعة مشاركين من دول الجوار الإفريقي إلى جانب عدد من الشباب العربي والإفريقي في المهجر، بما يعكس البعد الإقليمي والدولي للبرنامج وروح التضامن والتكامل الشبابي بين المجتمعات العربية والإفريقية. 🌍🤝

📢 Announcement | Launch of the First Cohort of the Peace Building Program 🕊️🌍

The Afro Arab Youth Council (AAYC) is pleased to announce the official launch of the first cohort of the Peace Building Program, taking place today, Friday, 08 May 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote a culture of peace, dialogue, and youth empowerment towards building more stable and resilient communities. ✨

The program is organized in partnership with WYLEF for Peace, with the participation of a distinguished group of experts, trainers, and youth leaders specializing in peacebuilding, community development, and youth leadership.

👥 The first cohort brings together 30 young participants, the majority of whom are Sudanese youth, reflecting the unique circumstances currently facing Sudan and the urgent need to strengthen the values of peace, social cohesion, and constructive dialogue, while enhancing youth capacities in conflict resolution and community engagement.

The cohort also includes participants from neighboring African countries, as well as Arab and African youth from diaspora communities, reflecting the regional and international dimension of the program and the spirit of solidarity and youth integration across Arab and African societies. 🌍🤝

🎙️ The opening session will feature:
▪️ Mr. Huzyfa Elhassan – Secretary General of the Afro Arab Youth Council (AAYC)
▪️ Mrs. Fadimatou Ayawa – President of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC)
