ACTION Civitan Club celebrated 2025 with a big Christmas Party. We did many projects to serve our community and make the world a better place. These folks have given up many Saturdays to serve their neighbors in need. This photo shows the food collection the Club donated to homeless veterans. This group represents Civitan well. Happy New Year to everyone! 2026 will be a great year!

Another big haul of vegetables for Society of StAndrews gleaning at Pepper Place. Thanks to Bonita Bigbee, Shelly Luck, Brian James of the ACTION Civitan Club for helping gathering up and sorting the vegetables this past Saturday.

The 53rd Annual Awards Banquet lived up to its billing! Great food and fellowship. Many members recognized for their kindness to the community. We built 7 wheelchair ramps, conducted many fundraisers to support the ramp builds and support IDD services. We helped collect produce for those in need (gleaning) and had a canned food drive. The President's Award and Busted Horn Award went to Angie Geisel. The Shaft Award went to Gretchen B. Who chairs Fruitcake and helps the club in so many other ways! Officer installation was done by Director Emily Hodges. Thanks to everyone for another great year!

The results are in! The 2025 winner of the Action Civitan Rib Cookoff is Renee Lay!!! Rene's ribs were delicious and she also won the Chef Charles "Best Damn Ribs" award! However, the People's Choice was Champion Grill Master Brian James! Great party, great food great people and great fun!
