That Centre for Human Development & Research (CHDR) is based on research as well as action notion which aims to extend the opportunities for deprived section across the social groups within the society. We formed this organization for undertaking studies and act in human development and related issues as well as making contributions in a range of areas such as livelihoods, social security and soci

al protection, poverty, marginalization and exclusion, gender segregation, markets, governance etc, for the well being of society. CHDR is guided by the underlying philosophy that the basic principle of development is to create an enabling environment for society to develop their full potential, lead healthy lives, implement their choices and participate in decision-making processes.
