✨Premier League Primary Stars ✨
Bath City Foundation is proud to receive immense support from Premier League Primary Stars during delivery at schools.
Saltford Primary School represented the Foundation in Swindon at the Premier League Primary Stars Tournament! They finished 6th out of 18 teams, a great achievement! 🔥
🗣Farah on the amazing event:
"This event, I think, is an amazing opportunity. You just get to have fun, play matches against other teams and schools. And I think that's really great!"
We are delighted to have a number of schools represent them with Premier League Primary Stars!
🗣Aaron Harley, Head teacher at Widcombe on the impact on girls’ football sessions:
"The girls’ football sessions have had a significant and lasting impact. Girls’ engagement and enjoyment in football has increased dramatically, helping to challenge stereotypes and build confidence.
This has directly led to a substantial rise in participation in the girls’ football club, with many pupils continuing their involvement beyond the sessions. The girls are proud of their progress, show greater self-belief, and are keen to talk about their achievements."
Premier League Primary Stars uses the positive power of professional football clubs to inspire children to be active, look after their wellbeing and develop important life skills.
The programme has been delivered to over 70,000 teachers, and 87% of schools across England and Wales use Premier League Primary Stars. It is having an incredible impact on millions of pupils.
