Hard to believe that a week has already passed since we gathered on February 20, 2026 to celebrate People, Process and Performance at the 2026 MECCA Gala Awards.

Very nice to see so many familiar faces at the Gala as well as the opportunity to meet a large group of new colleagues.

Alan Sauvé Award winner will be announced at 2026 MECCA - February 20, 2026.

This is year 7 of the Alan Sauvé Award, which recognizes an individual or individuals who exhibit a positive outlook and attitude in their workplace, home, and community. The award honors someone who is inspiring, optimistic, encouraging, a cheerleader, fun, selfless, a reliable source of help for others, and a team player with a “can do” spirit.

And the winner is?

Support the Alan Sauvé Endowment Fund - The Alan Sauvé Scholarship program was established in 2017. Each year at the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement Awards (MECCA) Gala, we host a silent auction with net proceeds applied to a growing fund. To ensure the longevity of this endowment fund, we also accept donations throughout the year.
