For those who'll be in the color guard for the Indy St Patrick's Day Parade here's the forecast for Friday. It's Doug's final call but my .02 is that it'll be frocks and forage caps due to temps and the wind. If you'll be carrying colors best prepare yourself!!! Check and double check your kit!!! That is all...see you downtown!

Sent along from our friend and occasional co-conspirator Todd Robert of The Western Sharpshooters for your consideration. If you need more info I can have it for you at the meeting-1SGT Scott.

The Franklin 162nd reenactment needs you and your repeater this October.

We have been tasked by the Federal commander with forming a repeater battalion for the 162nd Franklin Campaign this coming October 4-6.

It is our goal to form a mini-battalion armed heavily with repeaters.

Our impression will be the 65th Indiana, which saw heavy action at Franklin.

Your service is coveted and humbly requested.

We will register as the 66th Illinois just for administrative purposes.

Attached is the link.

Best Regards,

Todd Koster
