The mission of PaTRAM™, a non-profit organization, is to cultivate and promote the beauty and spiritual depth of Russian Orthodox liturgical arts in general and choral singing in particular, in both the English and Church Slavonic languages. PaTRAM seeks to utilize rigorous educational programs, distinctive performance events, and the latest technological tools to realize this mission.

As we enter this holy season of Great Lent and seek to soften our hearts and draw closer to Christ, we are reminded that everything we build begins in prayer – and is fulfilled through faithful response. Each softened word, every act of generosity, draws us nearer to communion with Christ – and prepares our hearts to answer when we are called. And we are called. Together, we are building a temple for our Lord– offering our prayers, repentance, forgiveness, kindness, and good works and service to His holy church. The Resurrection Cathedral will rise because many hearts respond in faith. If you feel called during this Lenten season to help unlock the $200,000 match, we invite you to respond at whatever level you are able. Your gift today will immediately be doubled in impact. Update! Over the last couple days alone, more than $10,000 has been donated to the ROC, and thanks to your continued generosity, we are now over $70,000 raised toward our immediate goal. All approvals are in place! Let’s raise the funds required to cover the cities, municipal permit fees, and the remaining architectural and engineering costs. This will be PaTRAM’s home.
