PTSO Heidelberg The Heidelberg PTSO is a non-partisan, local PTSO. While it is not a constituent of the European and the National associations, it is nonetheless founded

While it is not a constituent of the European and the National associations, it is nonetheless founded on the same principles. The Organization is a self-sustaining nonprofit organization established in accordance with (IAW) USAREUR Memorandum on Private Organizations, 28 July 2000. The purpose and objectives of the Organization are:
--To promote the welfare of children and youth in home and schoo

l.
--To raise the standards of school and home life.
--To secure adequate resources for the care and protection of children and youth.
--To bring into closer relation the home and school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
--To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages of physical, social, and mental education.
