We're down to the final week before the Rodeo, and we want to make sure you've signed in and signed up for your shifts! Below is important info to get you ready and on the schedule:
Volunteer Profile & Scheduling
Please complete your profile with:
Correct name spelling (for your badge)
Recent selfie (no group photos)
DOB, address, phone number, emergency contact
Required committee forms (TIPS Certification, Driver's License)
Opt-in for text notifications via the "Account" tab in your portal for urgent updates.
Badges cannot be printed until your photo is uploaded!!!!

Committees Needing Help
High Need: Hospitality, Parking
The Foundation is still in need of volunteers to help in the Designated Driver booth and to sell raffle tickets!
Entertainment:
The Entertainment Committee is still looking for entertainment volunteers to help fill remaining spots primarily for the concert. If you're planning to volunteer with Entertainment this year-whether for the concert or any of the rodeo performances-please check in with the Entertainment Chair at [email protected] so they can get accurate numbers and preferred scheduling.
Any entertainment volunteers who have not yet completed their TIPS training must do so before this year's concert and rodeo. Tips certifications last 3 years. All entertainment volunteers are also required to complete the rodeo waiver.

Important Dates & Details
Final Volunteer Meeting:
Wednesday, June 3, 6pm at Rodeo Grounds
Get badges, parking passes, sign waivers, meet committee chairs
If you are still needing shirts, we will have them for purchase Wednesday June 3rd from 12-6 and Thursday June 4th from 10-2, they are $35.00 each
Production and Facilities Committees its all hands on deck Wednesday June 3rd to help setup, please come out if you are able!!!
Sunday June 7th is clean up day, please stay after the rodeo to help clean up the grounds and get everything put away, the more people to help out the faster we get it done!!!!!

Hospitality Meal Tickets:
Full weekend $25 | Single meal $5
