Family, we are officially at maximum capacity for our Holiday Mixer. Thank you so much for your support and your donations for Bay Area students who currently attend HBCUs. We will continue accepting donations for scholarships via tinyurl.com/hbcuholiday25 However, we are unable to accept additional attendees. We love you. Stay tuned for our next event. Current HBCU students: in order to be eligible for a Book Award, you must be at the event by 1pm.

Calling all HBCU students, HBCU Alumni and friends/supporters of HBCUs: Join the Northern California HBCU Alumni Associations Coalition (HBCUC) for our annual Holiday Mixer. Come out and represent your illustrious school as we celebrate, eat and fellowship on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from Noon to 4pm at Everett and Jones (126 Broadway, Oakland, Calif. To current Bay Area HBCU students: this is an opportunity for you to receive a book award and other great prizes. The HBCU student must be in attendance no later than 1pm to be considered for the award.

This is a no cost event, sponsored in part by the boutique nursing service company, Bay Area Concierge Healthcare, owned by Takela Jones (Winston Salem State University Alumna). Donations are welcome and encouraged to offset event costs and to fulfill our mission of providing scholarships for current HBCU students from the San Francisco Bay Area.
