The Systemic Development Partnership

We work with leaders and organisations to help in addressing organisational dilemmas, development tasks and organisational transitions. Systemic organisational practice, as we see it, offers generative ways of integrating conventional leadership approaches and wisdom with dialogic, relational, reflexive approaches to organisational practice. Our way of working

engages directly with your organisation, team or leadership agenda, the uniqueness of the situation people in the organisation relate to, and the hopes and resources of those involved. We are using systemic approaches and practices that originate from the field of systemic family therapy and from dialogic approaches to organisation development, to stimulate innovative, effective and sustainable responses to organisational dilemmas and development tasks. This site introduces you to our way of working, our commitment, and what we offer in terms of consultation, training and consulting services.
