MakerLab NW Makerspace Closed We are a group of makers, artists, and creators that value the DIY and Maker movements. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit makerspace located in South Edmonds.

This in an inclusive and welcoming space. We believe the world is a better place as a participatory sport. Being creative, the act of creating and making, is fundamental to what it means to be human. Our mission is to provide a friendly, affordable space and the tools for makers, creatives, programmers, scientists, kids, parents, and learners of all ages to collaborate, hack, invent, share, create, make and do. We are dedicated to sharing knowledge, building relationships, and fostering entrepreneurship, especially in the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (S.T.E.A.M.). What do YOU and your families want to make? What do you want to learn about? Do you have a skill you can teach us? Please reach out with any ideas you have!

Our Story

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit makerspace located in South Edmonds. We offer the use of tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, sewing machines and more to our members. We also offer classes and workshops to learners of all ages on a variety of S.T.E.A.M. related subjects. We are a group of makers, artists, and creators that value the DIY and Maker Community that being a part of a makerspace creates. This in an inclusive and welcoming space.

We started as the Shoreline Area Makers in 2015, then we found a permanent space in South Edmonds below the new Shoreline Academy of Music and Dance.
