It’s been a hot minute since I had an update for Isaac, but we have been just so busy living a healthy life!
This time last year we were in Mayo again and caught focal and generalized epileptic discharges on the EEG and they weaned him part way off medication and the discharges got stronger so they were able to confirm his epilepsy diagnosis with a EEG but found out one of his medications wasn’t the best fit for him and we weaned him off and kept him on the other one that was controlling his seizures pretty well already. We have had an amazing year, meeting goals in school and having almost zero behavioral problems!
Today he had a fallow-up appointment with neuro! Dr miles was impressed with how well Isaac was in the appointment and how well hes doing in general! Even better news is that since Isaac rarely has migraines anymore he is able to come off his  migraine medication!!
2025 has been an amazing year for us and I can’t wait to see what 2026 will bring for us!!
