𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 | 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 21, 2026

An afternoon of creativity, confidence, and fresh business ideas marked the successful conduct of “𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬: 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 – 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝!” The event gave students an opportunity to showcase their ideas, demonstrate their skills, and gain valuable insights for their future businesses.

The program began with an inspirational message from 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐆. 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐁𝐌), who encouraged students to believe in their abilities and pursue their business goals with determination.

The highlight of the afternoon was the 𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, where participants presented their business concepts, demonstrated their creativity, and responded to questions from the judges. Their feedback and suggestions provided valuable guidance for improving their ideas and preparing for future business opportunities.

Following the competition, Certificates of Appreciation were presented to the judges in recognition of their time, expertise, and contributions to the event. A song presentation also added a lively and entertaining touch to the program.

The 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (𝐘𝐄𝐒) successfully conducted the morning session of “𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬: 𝐃𝐓𝐈 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬, 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬,” bringing together entrepreneurship students for a meaningful and inspiring learning experience.

The program began with an opening prayer and the singing of anthems, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐁𝐀 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧. The resource speaker was then introduced by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐨, 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫.

One of the highlights of the morning was the 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑 led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐆𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐌. 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐫, 𝐃𝐓𝐈 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, who shared valuable information about DTI programs, business opportunities, and available support for aspiring entrepreneurs. The discussion helped students understand how these programs can guide them in starting and developing their future businesses.

The session also included an interactive open forum, where students were given the opportunity to ask questions, share their thoughts, and gain a better understanding of entrepreneurship.

The morning program ended with the presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation, closing remarks from 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐲𝐥 𝐄. 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, and a photo opportunity with the participants and organizers.

Following the morning program, a 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓 𝐄𝐗𝐇𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 took place, showcasing the creativity, skills, and innovative ideas of entrepreneurship students. The exhibition provided an opportunity for students to present their products and demonstrate how their business ideas can be turned into actual products. During the exhibition, selected faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students had the opportunity to evaluate the displayed products and share their comments, suggestions, and feedback. Their valuable insights helped the student entrepreneurs identify areas for improvement and encouraged them to further develop their products and business ideas.

Through this activity, YES continues to encourage young entrepreneurs to explore opportunities, develop their business ideas, and take steps toward achieving their entrepreneurial dreams.

Back for its second year, the 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍 𝟓𝐊 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐄: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐩 once again challenged young entrepreneurs to turn their ideas, efforts, and determination into real results.

From 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 18 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 14, 2026, participants took on the challenge of reaching the ₱5,000 milestone. Through teamwork, creativity, and consistent effort, these remarkable teams worked hard and successfully reached their goal.

Reaching 5K is more than just earning an amount. It represents the time, effort, teamwork, and determination they invested throughout the challenge. Every sale and every step forward brought them closer to achieving their goal.

Today, we proudly feature the 5𝐊 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 2026 and celebrate their hard work and dedication throughout the challenge. Their achievement shows that with a clear goal, teamwork, and determination, great results can be achieved.

The 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 was successfully conducted on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at the 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐛. The session was conducted by 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳, one of the BS Entrepreneurship instructors.

During the mentorship, the 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 gained valuable insights on how to improve their business ideas, present their concepts with confidence, and organize their pitches effectively.

The activity provided the students with meaningful guidance and an opportunity to strengthen their pitching skills as they prepare for the upcoming 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭.

Through Ma’am Jes mentorship, everyone gained helpful tips, inspiration, and confidence that will surely help them deliver their best during the final pitching event.

𝐀 𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐘 ✨

A meaningful afternoon filled with new faces, new connections, teamwork, learning, and inspiration! The Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) – BISU Bilar Campus successfully held its Orientation & Acquaintance on September 3, 2026.

The program featured the 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 led by 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐒. 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐨, followed by the 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, marking the beginning of another chapter of service and leadership.

The officers were also inspired by the meaningful message of Ma’am 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐃. 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐕, who represented 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐨 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥, 𝐄𝐝𝐃, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫. She shared words of encouragement and motivation, inspiring the new officers to embrace their responsibilities, believe in themselves, and continue growing as future entrepreneurs and leaders.

The program continued with the 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, recognizing their dedication, effort, and valuable contributions to the organization. This was followed by the 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, symbolizing the passing of responsibilities and commitment from the outgoing officers to the new set of leaders.

The day ended with a fun and meaningful 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, strengthening friendship, cooperation, and unity among the YES officers, followed by a 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 to capture the memories of this special occasion.

As we conclude the three days of Intramurals 2026, the 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (𝐘𝐄𝐒) would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who proudly 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in various sports events from 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 12–14.

The names featured in this post are our BS Entrepreneurship student-athletes who dedicated their time, effort, and skills to represent our college with pride and honor. Throughout the past three days, they have demonstrated determination, teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship both on and off the playing field.

Whether they brought home awards, advanced in competitions, or simply gave their best in every game, each one of them has made the College and BS Entrepreneurship family proud. Their commitment and perseverance remind us that success is not measured only by medals and victories but also by the courage to compete, the willingness to improve, and the heart to represent something greater than themselves.

To our student-athletes, thank you for your sacrifices, hard work, and dedication. You have shown that Entrepreneurship students are not only future business leaders but also individuals who possess strength, passion, teamwork, and a never-give-up attitude. As we conclude Day 1 and Day 2 of the Intramurals, the Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES) would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to all BS Entrepreneurship student-athletes for proudly representing our college. Your dedication, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship have been truly inspiring throughout the first two days of the competition.

Every game played, every challenge faced, and every effort given reflects your commitment and passion not only as athletes but also as future entrepreneurs who know the value of hard work, discipline, and perseverance.
