The reason parkrun is free is because of volunteers
like these. So if you have been parkrunning for a while,
why not take a weekend once in a while to help out.
Not only do we appreciate it, but it is absolutely
necessary to keep parkrun going 💗

See you all next week for #301!

Don’t forget to set those alarm clocks a little earlier tomorrow, coz Perrigo starts at 8am at the Red Barn!

A couple of notes going forward -

1. Please carpool if you’re able to. This helps reduce our carbon footprint, supports parkrun’ ethos of environmental care, and also helps ease pressure on the parking areas at Perrigo Park.
2. Please take any trash home with you. This helps us keep the park beautiful and reduces strain on the park’s waste management systems.
3. We’re very grateful to have access to the restroom facilities at Perrigo. With higher-than-usual use during parkrun, please be especially mindful and respectful so the facilities can be kept in good condition for all park users, and to support the park staff who maintain and clean them.

Thanks everyone for helping us be good guests in the park and keeping parkrun a positive experience for the whole community.
