အစိုးရစက်မှုလက်မှုသိပ္ပံ(မော်လမြိုင်)သည် နိုင်ငံတော်ဘက်ပေါင်းစုံမှ ဘက်ညီစွာဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် အခြေခံကဏ္႑မှအရေးပါသောသက်မွေး ပညာအင်ဂျင်နီယာဘာသာရပ်များကို ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများထံသို့ သင် ကြားပေးနေသော ကျောင်းတော်ကြီးဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုသို့ အစိုးရစက်မှုလက်မှုသိပ္ပံ ဟူသော ဂုဏ်အင်္ဂါရပ်နှင့်အညီ ကျောင်းတွင်း၌လိုအပ်သော ကျောင်းတွင်း အခြေခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ ပေါ်ထွန်းလာစေရန်အတွက် ကျောင်းအုပ်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာချိုယုမွန်၊ ဌာနမှူးများနှင့် ဆရာဆရာမများ၊ ဖေးမလက်တွဲကူညီမှု များ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှုများနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ကာ ကျောင်းသားထုတစ်ရပ်လုံး၏ ကိုယ်စားပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်နိုင်စေရန်အလို့ငှာ အစိုးရစက်မှုလက်မှုသိပ္ပံ(မော်လမြိုင်) ကျောင်း သားများသမဂ္ဂကို (၂၀၁၈-၂၀၁၉)ပညာသင်နှစ်တွင် ဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်ခဲ့ပေသည်။
