In support of Mental Health Week, come along for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon at the GBT Community Garden! 🌼🌿

🗓 Friday 15th May
⏰ 12:30PM – 13:30PM
📍 GBT Community Garden, Kirk Road, ML7 5ET (opposite Henderson Theatre)

Enjoy a variety of activities including:
🌱 Planting stations
🎨 Pot decorating & planting
☕ Tea, chats & connecting with others

Whether you stay for 10 minutes or the whole session, everyone is welcome! Spending time in nature and connecting with others can do wonders for wellbeing. 💚
