Scottish Water are in the reserve this week working on a pipe close to the Bonny. They will reinstate the damage caused by access with their machinery and the work should be completed tomorrow.

Our ETU team got their waders on today and planted 3 new native water lily plants in our large wildlife pond. These will eventually produce large surface leaves and beautiful white flowers. The leaves will reduce the sunlight reaching this sunny pond and stop the algae that grows in the summer months. The pond plants that we put in last year are also popping their heads up! Fingers crossed they do well.
