Discover practical ways to bring greater calm, awareness and balance into everyday life with our eight week Introduction to Mindfulness course.
Delivered live online via Zoom, our friendly and supportive courses are led by a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher. Each weekly session lasts one hour and offers an opportunity to learn and develop mindfulness skills that can help participants respond more effectively to stress, improve focus and cultivate greater wellbeing.
Courses are available at only £50 per participant with morning, afternoon and evening dates available from September 2026.
