Help make Downtown Las Vegas famous for blooming Jacaranda trees. Think famous cherry blossoms in DC/fall colors in the east. Let's make it a thing.
I am hoping to organize people interested in making Downtown Las Vegas famous for it's annual Jacadara tree blossoms. I have TONS of seeds ready for pick up. I am asking for people interested in starting at least 5 or 6 trees from seed. Feel free to plant some in your yard, but I'd also like you to also be willing to donate 2 or three trees for plantings to line our neighborhood streets. You would
be asked to keep your "give away" trees alive for a year or 2 before we take them to the streets for planting. I would like to be able to start lining our streets with young trees as early as fall of 2018.
