Been quiet lately, but God has been showing out behind the scenes!!

Humbled to announce that I’ve been selected as one of A Fresh Chapter’s 2023 Kenya Elevate Fellows. A Fresh Chapter (AFC) is a nonprofit whose mission is to empower people impacted by cancer across the globe to heal the emotional scars of the disease. The Elevate program, which takes place in Nairobi, Kenya, later this Fall, is part of a broader mission to build a scalable, sustainable model of support that will help 15,000 Africans affected by cancer by 2025.

To support our work, I’ve committed to fundraising $2,500.00. The funds I raise will cover my travel costs, allowing me to participate in this transformative work in Kenya for two weeks this September. The Kenya Elevate program is part of a multi-year initiative that aims to empower thousands of people to become better leaders and to cultivate resilience in their lives, whether living with or beyond cancer.

Please help me to meet my fundraising goal to support this cause that is very close to my heart and has played a pivotal role in my emotional healing.

I send to you much love, light, and appreciation in advance 🤞🏽💪🏽💘

Designed in partnership with Kenyan cancer advocates, A Fresh Chapter is building a scalable, sustainable, evidence-informed model focused on healing the emotional scars of cancer, empowering African survivors and caregivers to mobilize as advocacy leaders, and strengthening global health equity by....
