Chop for Charity is an annual event at which individuals break wooden boards with the help of experienced instructors watch board-breaking demonstrations. There is also a raffle and a silent auction at the event with prizes donated by the local community. In the past 5 years, Chop for Charity has raised over $50,000 for the Children's Hospital of Orange County Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
