Citizens Alliance for Fairness and Progress
is a community advocacy group consisting of residents from the Hillcrest and Washington-Coles neighborhoods.
The Alliance was founded out of concern for the deteriorating living conditions in the neighborhoods as a result of heavy industry and in anticipation of additional environmental ramifications induced by the building of the new harbor bridge. Executive Officers: Lamont C. Taylor,
