We are delighted to invite you to a free 'live' online session as a part of World Breathing Day.
"Breathe as One in Schools"
Friday April 11th
11AM Pacific/ 2PM New York/ 8PM Paris
Please join seasoned breathworkers JoAnn Lowell (Canada) and Luc Maertens (Belgium), for this global launch of The One Breath symbol for widespread global use in schools with children. We are co-creators of the Conscious Breathing in the Classroom program (CBC) together with hundreds of volunteers. This experiential live online event will include breathing exercises for individual and group situations that arise within different age groups within classrooms and school communities. This will include challenging individual and difficult community experiences. The One Breath symbol reminds parents, teachers, kids and all of us to simply breathe ... in... and ...out.... as we reconnect and breath together. This icon of the breath will go far with CBC, which has spread to over 70 countries and reached over one million children. Everyone is welcome to join us and breathe together!
🩵 Our CBC presentation will take place among multiple free online offerings throughout the day with renowned breathwork luminaries from around the globe.
