Whether you’re worried about potential policy changes, the rights of our communities, or just the overall impact of the election—you are not alone. ❤️

The Trevor Project has created a helpful self-care guide for LGBTQ+ individuals to navigate these intense emotions and stay grounded during this critical time. Here are a few tips to help you take care of yourself:
