According to the AvonFoundation.org/Domestic violence’s website states United States Center of Disease control and Prevention reports 1200 deaths and 2 million injuries to women from intimate partner violence each year in the U.S. On average 2 women are murdered by their male spouse each day in the US. 15.5 million U.S. children live in families where partner violence has occurred at least once in the past year and severe partner violence has affected 7 million children. DrRhonda Anita sits down with Kenwuan Meeks on his talk show, I opened up about some of the darkest chapters of my life — the pain I once carried in silence: domestic violence, sexual molestation, and even moments when I didn’t want to live anymore.
