BeliaSiswa is an abbreviation for PERTUBUHAN BELIA MAHASISWA BERSATU, which
is a non-government organization (NGO) that was founded in 2013 by a group of
students aged between 21-23 years old. This organization was initially known as
IMPACT before it changed its name to BeliaSiswa last year. On 23rd September 2013,
with registration number PPBM 8798/13, BeliaSiswa was confirmed as one of the
regis

tered NGOs in the Register of Youth (ROY) in The Ministry of Youth and Sports,
Malaysia. Since its inception, BeliaSiswa has a vision to unite Malaysian youth in bringing a
positive change in the local community through the act of volunteerism and
education. BeliaSiswa has a belief that youths have a responsibility to impart the
knowledge they have gained to the younger generations. Guided by this aim and belief, our members have created various projects, from
social responsibility projects to creating awareness magazine called AWAY. Under
BeliaSiswa, there are four core teams that work towards the same aim and goal, but
with different means of doing so. The four core units in Beliasiswa are:

i. Foundation Unit
iii. Publication Unit
iv. Media Unit
